Have a verified source for a player's updated setup, or need to reach the ConfigHub.gg team? Here is how to get in touch.

1. Editorial & settings corrections

To report an updated sensitivity, crosshair code, resolution, or peripheral change for a tracked player, email contact@confighub.gg.

Because ConfigHub.gg only publishes verifiable values, please include the player's profile URL on ConfigHub.gg and a primary source link (such as their public Twitch Nightbot/StreamElements command output, official social post, or tournament broadcast clip). Read more about our source rules on the About & Methodology page.

2. Players & team managers

If you are a professional player, streamer, or team manager and want to verify your profile directly, link a new Twitch channel for automated command syncing, or update your roster status, write to contact@confighub.gg from an official team or channel address.

3. Advertising, partnerships & legal inquiries

For advertising or partnership questions, reach us at ads@confighub.gg. For privacy or copyright inquiries, see our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service or email contact@confighub.gg.
